Small Town Networkshas supported the following Projects in Tain:

Tain Girl Guides Association

1. Provision of a safe secure boundary wall around the Guide (community) Hall which allowed the grounds to be viewed at all times so discouraging anti-social behaviour.

Tain Initiative Group

1. Preparation of a Feasibility Study into environmental improvements to the Tain Rose Garden.
2. To update and improve the local community web site.
3. Environmental improvements.

Tain Task Force

1. Employment of a "Village Officer" to undertake various duties to support community volunteers.
2. Purchase of floral planters.

Tain Gala Association

1. Creation of hardstanding area for local events.
2. Contribution to Pipe Band Championships.
